be made with the operator of the chosen beach .The guest can also
use the beach free located between the Beach service.
THE BEDROOMS
Each room is equipped to the highest standard: Mini-bar,
Safe, Self Adjustable Air Conditioning, Heating, Telephone, Cable
internet connection and Wi-Fi connection, Satellite TV, Cable TV,
Sky TV, Wake-up Call Service, Desk, Slippers, Personal Hygiene
products . Bathroom has shower with hydromassage panel or with
chromotherapy, Hair dryer, Courtesy Kit.
Double Standard Room: These are beautifully furnished rooms
on the 1st and 2nd floors with window or balcony but without a
sea-view.
Double Panoramic Room: These are rooms overlooking the sea,
located either on the 2nd floor with a balcony or at the level of
the terraced garden with a private sitting area outside the room
with a sea-view.
Panoramic Superior Room: These are rooms on the first floor
with larger dimensions than the Panoramic rooms. These are
provided with terraces with sea-view and an external jacuzzi, with

sunbeds and a small table with 2 chair.
Room for Disabled People: this room is located in the
garden and it has its entrance from the terraced garden with a
private sitting area outside the room with external Jacuzzi and 2
sun bed, is
as beautiful as the other rooms, the only difference is that
bathroom is bigger.
BOOKING
Bookings can be made online contacting the Hotel directly at the
CONTACT PAGE or at e-mail address: info@hotelroccadellasena.it ,
via fax or by travel agent.
On confirming the booking the Hotel issues a confirmation
Voucher (even if the reservation is made through an agency) to
be presented at Reception on arrival in order to avoid possible
misunderstandings or disputes about the length of stay and offers
included in the price.
The information that the Hotel gives as a quote, is not valid
as Voucher. The reservation is considered confirmed by the Hotel
only when the client or the agency has received the Voucher
confirmation.
ACCEPTED PAYMENTS:
To guarantee your reservation, we need a credit card number
with the expiry date and name of the holder .The Hotel reserves
the right to check the validity of the credit card before arrival
(requesting authorisation from the relevant credit card company )
The Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards
prior to arrival.
The Hotel accepts the following credit cards:
Visa, Euro/MasterCard, American Express, Maestro CartaSμ.
- Pre-paid cards are not accepted.
- Credit Transfer or Postal Order are accepted.
- The Hotel does not accept payment by bankers draft.
The Hotel will only charge the credit cards in case of no-show
or if the cancellation policy has not been followed
Cancellation policy:
- No-show : in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation
will be charged.
- For stays starting in April, May, June ,September or October, If
cancelled up to 11 days before date of arrival, no fee will be
charged. If cancelled up to 10 days before date of
arrival, the Hotel will charge the 100% fee of the total amount of
your stay.
- For stays starting in July or August, If cancelled up to 16 days
before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to
15 days before date of arrival, the Hotel will charge
the 100% fee of the total amount of your stay
In the case of early departure, the customer must pay the full
amount of your stay.
CHILDREN or EXTRA BEDS
The Hotel is a small villa of only 15 double rooms with double
beds, some of which can use for single use.
The hotel has not communicating rooms
In some types of rooms we can add 1 singol bed, but the guest
must pay a supplement of 50% on the room rate. The addition of an
extra bed is available upon request and subject to confirmation by
the hotel.
In some types of rooms we can add 1 cot but only for baby
between 0 and 2 years.
The baby cant sleep in the double bed with the parents , but
the customers should contact the hotel to check availability of
rooms where you can add the cot at the price of 10.00 Euros per
night.
The children over 14 years can stay in rooms for single use
Special Condition for Stays of August : Between 03 and 26 August
minimum stay of 6 nights |
